This website and related dashboards, APIs, and tools ("Services") are operated by us. Throughout these Terms of Use ("Terms"), "we", "us", and "our" refer to the service operator. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable data, we do not guarantee that any information, data, charts, metrics, analytics, or other content provided through the Services will be accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Data may be:

• Subject to errors in collection, processing, or display
• Affected by third-party data source issues beyond our control
• Updated, corrected, or modified without prior notice

The Services rely on and integrate with various third-party services, platforms, and data providers, including but not limited to:

• TradingView - for charting widgets, economic calendar, and market data
• Stripe - for payment processing and subscription management
• Data Providers - for market data, price feeds, and analytics inputs
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers - for hosting and service delivery

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service, privacy policies, and usage agreements. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, reliability, or continuity of any third-party service
• The accuracy of data provided by third-party sources
• Any changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of third-party services
• The conduct, policies, or practices of third-party service providers
• Any fees, charges, or terms imposed by third-party providers

We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services accessed through or in connection with our Services.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free access. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Unscheduled technical issues or system failures
• Third-party service outages or disruptions
• Network connectivity issues
• Security incidents requiring immediate response
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned. We do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage or service level, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Commercial use is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission, including use of data, charts, or analytics in paid products or services, client deliverables, subscription publications, or behind a paywall.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Automated Access: Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access, collect, or interact with the Services without our explicit written permission
• Data Harvesting: Systematically downloading, scraping, or extracting data from the Services for any purpose
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive source code from any part of the Services
• Circumvention: Bypassing, disabling, or interfering with security features, access controls, or usage limits
• Harassment: Using the Services to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Infringing on the intellectual property rights of us or any third party
• Malicious Code: Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Spam: Sending unsolicited communications or using the Services for unauthorized advertising
• Illegal Activities: Using the Services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by applicable law
• Account Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, sharing credentials, or reselling access
• Load Testing: Conducting stress tests, load tests, or similar activities without prior written approval
• Competitive Analysis: Using the Services to build or improve a competing product or service

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and access, and may subject you to legal liability.

Public sharing of our charts or short clips is permitted if full, clear attribution (e.g., "Source: SeerQuant") is included and any watermark/branding remains intact. Where supported, please tag or mention the official SeerQuant account. Do not alter charts in a misleading way, and do not imply our endorsement of your views, products, or services.

Prices, charts, analytics, and other content are provided for informational and educational purposes only and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Nothing in the Services constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, nor is it tailored to your circumstances. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Digital assets and financial markets involve substantial risk, including potential loss of principal. You acknowledge that using any information or tools on the Services is at your own risk.

All content, materials, and intellectual property in the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Trademarks: The SeerQuant name, logo, taglines, and all related branding elements
• Copyrights: All text, graphics, images, charts, user interface designs, and visual elements
• Trade Secrets: Proprietary algorithms, methodologies, analytics models, and computational methods
• Software: All code, software, applications, and technical implementations
• Data Compilations: The selection, arrangement, and presentation of data and content
• Documentation: All guides, tutorials, help content, and explanatory materials

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content except as expressly permitted
• Create derivative works based on any content or materials
• Use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission
• Sub-license, transfer, or assign your rights to any third party

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features, content, and functionality of the Services at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to:

• Move content, metrics, or features between free and paid tiers
• Restrict previously free features to paid subscription plans
• Add new features exclusively to certain subscription tiers
• Discontinue or retire features, metrics, or content entirely
• Modify the scope or availability of any subscription tier

While we will endeavor to communicate significant changes, we are not obligated to maintain any specific feature set or content availability. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We reserve the right to change the pricing of any subscription plan or service at any time. When we change pricing:

• We will communicate price changes to existing subscribers via email or in-app notification
• Existing subscribers will receive the remainder of their current billing period at the original rate
• New pricing will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice period
• You may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect

We may also introduce new subscription tiers, modify existing tier benefits, or discontinue subscription offerings. Promotional or introductory pricing is subject to its own terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

The Services may include links to third-party sites. We do not endorse or control such sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Access them at your own risk and review their terms and policies.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may, at any time and in our sole discretion, suspend, terminate, or cancel your access, account, or subscription, including for suspected violations of these Terms. We may remove or restrict content, throttle usage, block IPs, and preserve information to comply with legal obligations. We reserve the right to seek legal enforcement and pursue all available remedies (including injunctive relief and damages) for any breach or infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.

There may be times where impersonators will contact you. SeerQuant and any individual, entity or party associated with, or working under WILL NEVER reach out to you asking for the deposit or transfer of funds. We WILL NEVER ask to manage your money. If you suspect that someone is attempting to impersonate SeerQuant, or an employee of SeerQuant contact us immediately.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and SeerQuant concerning the Services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
