IMPERSONATION & FRAUD POLICY

Last Updated: 20th October 2025

Beware of impersonators. SeerQuant and any person, entity, or party associated with or working under SeerQuant will never ask you to deposit or transfer funds, send crypto, share seed phrases/private keys/2FA codes, or allow us to manage your money. If you suspect someone is impersonating SeerQuant or a SeerQuant employee, do not engage—contact us immediately at support@seerquant.org.

01

Overview & Scope

This Impersonation & Fraud Policy ("Policy") explains how to recognise and respond to fraudulent outreach that pretends to be SeerQuant ("we", "us", "our"). It applies to all users of the SeerQuant Dashboard and related services (the "Site"). These guidelines form part of our Terms of Use.

02

We Will Never

  • Ask you to deposit or transfer funds/crypto to personal, "escrow," or "verification" addresses.
  • Request private keys, seed phrases, wallet recovery phrases, 2FA/OTP codes, or remote device access.
  • Offer to manage funds, trade on your behalf, "guarantee" profits, or sell insider access.
  • Direct message (DM) you asking for payments, "account recovery fees," tax/clearance fees, or unlock charges.
  • Pressure you with urgency (e.g., "act in 10 minutes or funds are lost") or instruct you to move assets to a "safe" wallet.
  • Share investment tips in private chats or ask you to sign unknown transactions or smart contracts.
03

How We Contact You

  • Official communications come from @seerquant.org email addresses or secure messages inside the logged-in Site.
  • We may post updates on our verified social channels listed on our website. We won't ask you to move money in comments or DMs.
  • If you did not initiate contact via an official channel, treat any request for funds or sensitive information as suspicious.
04

How to Verify Outreach

  1. Check the sender: the email domain must be @seerquant.org (watch for misspellings or lookalike domains).
  2. Inspect links: hover to preview and ensure domains exactly match those listed on our official website.
  3. Contact us first: if unsure, forward screenshots/handles to support@seerquant.org before responding.
  4. Be cautious with QR codes: never scan unknown codes or connect wallets to untrusted sites.
05

Common Red Flags

  • New or unknown accounts using our logo or staff names asking for funds or "verification" transactions.
  • Claims of "VIP desk," "partnership support," "giveaways," or "airdrops" requiring a deposit.
  • Spelling/grammar errors, odd phrasing, mismatched usernames/handles, or requests to move to a different app.
  • "Support" demanding seed phrases, private keys, 2FA codes, or remote access to your device.
06

If You're Targeted

  • Do not pay, click, sign, or connect any wallet.
  • Document evidence: screenshots, usernames/handles, links, transaction hashes.
  • Email us at support@seerquant.org (attach evidence).
  • Report the account directly to the platform (X/Discord/Telegram/etc.).
  • If you shared sensitive info or initiated a transfer, contact your wallet/exchange provider immediately and consider reporting to your local cybercrime authority.
07

Important Reminders

SeerQuant provides research, analytics, and software tools—not asset management, brokerage, or investment advisory services. We do not solicit investments or custody client funds. Any solicitation to do so in our name is fraudulent.

08

Legal Notice

SeerQuant is not responsible for losses arising from interactions with impostors or third parties. Nothing in this Policy or our communications constitutes investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell securities or digital assets.
